Are you ready to showcase your skills in a thrilling national tournament against Erasmus students from across Italy?
Join us at the National Erasmus Games (NEG) and be part of the action!
Choose your game:
- 5 vs 5 Futsal
- 3 vs 3 Basketball
- 6 vs 6 Volleyball
- 3 vs 3 Beach Volleyball
In case one of the teams wins the tournament, then it will have the chance to represent Italy in the International Erasmus Games (IEG) which will be held in Wrocław between 30th May and 2nd June.
- WHEN: We will leave from Milan on Friday April 12th in the morning and come back on Sunday April 14th during the evening.
- WHERE: We will be accommodated at the Hotel Relax in San Benedetto del Tronto, and the tournament will be held in the sports facilities of the same city, located on the coastline of Marche.
- FEE: €135

Additionally, a refundable deposit of €50 is required when you go to the ESN offices, bringing the total to €185. The deposit will be returned post-event.
What’s not included: Friday lunch and transport tickets from Milan to San Benedetto del Tronto. Transport payments will be finalized once participant confirmations are received and registrations are closed.
TOURNAMENT AND RULES
Here are the most important things to know when assembling teams and the tournament in general:

During gameplay, it's mandatory that at least one-third (rounded up) of the athletes on the court represent each gender. This ensures fair competition and prohibits teams from being exclusively male or female.

Team Size Limits:
-
Futsal: Teams must consist of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 13 players.

Basketball: Teams should have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7 players.

Volleyball: Teams are required to have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 players.

Participants are allowed to join only one sports team.
NB: Beach Volleyball will not be included in the International Erasmus Games (IEG). Consequently, even if victorious, the Beach Volleyball team will not progress to the subsequent tournament.
REGISTRATION
Registrations are now open at our offices at Campus Leonardo (Via Golgi 42, Building 25, basement) and Campus Bovisa (Via Candiani 72, Building B2, first floor next to classroom B2.1.9) during our opening hours.
Upon arrival, in addition to settling the fee and deposit, you'll need to furnish the following details:
- Your chosen sport
- Personal information
- The size of the sports uniform (S-M-L-XL)
- Dietary preferences, such as vegetarianism or any food-related allergies
Registration deadline: Wednesday March 20th!
Don't worry if a team is full! You can still join the waiting list for your desired sport, and if there's enough interest, we'll create new teams. Plus, if in the end you're unable to join a team, you'll receive a full refund.

Scegli una delle seguenti competizioni:

Nel caso in cui una delle squadre vinca il torneo, avrà la possibilità di rappresentare l'Italia agli International Erasmus Games (IEG) che si terranno Wrocław tra il 39 Maggio ed il 2 Giugno.
- QUANDO: Partiremo da Milano Venerdì 12 Aprile in mattinata e torneremo Domenica 14 Aprile in serata.
- DOVE: Saremo ospitati presso l'Hotel Relax a San Benedetto del Tronto, e il torneo si svolgerà presso le strutture sportive della stessa città, situate sulla costa delle Marche.
- QUOTA: €135
Cosa è incluso:
- Torneo
- Assicurazione sportiva
- Kit di benvenuto
- Soggiorno di 2 notti presso l’Hotel Relax
- Cena del Venerdì, colazione, pranzo e cena del Sabato e colazione della Domenica

Inoltre, al momento della registrazione presso gli uffici ESN, sarà richiesto un deposito rimborsabile di €50, portando il totale a €185. Il deposito sarà restituito dopo l'evento.
Cosa non è incluso: Pranzo del venerdì e biglietti per il trasporto da Milano a San Benedetto del Tronto. I pagamenti per il trasporto saranno finalizzati una volta ricevute le conferme dei partecipanti e le registrazioni saranno chiuse.
TORNEO E REGOLE
Ecco le informazioni più importanti da sapere quando si assemblano le squadre e per il torneo in generale:

Durante il gioco, è obbligatorio che almeno un terzo (arrotondato per eccesso) degli atleti in campo rappresenti ciascun genere. Questo garantisce una competizione equa e vieta alle squadre di essere esclusivamente maschili o femminili.

Calcetto: le squadre devono essere composte da un minimo di 7 e un massimo di 13 giocatori.

Pallacanestro: le squadre devono avere un minimo di 4 e un massimo di 7 giocatori.

NB: Il Beach Volley non sarà incluso negli International Erasmus Games (IEG). Di conseguenza, anche in caso di vittoria, la squadra di Beach Volley non prenderà parte al torneo successivo.
ISCRIZIONI
Le registrazioni sono ora aperte presso i nostri uffici al Campus Leonardo (Via Golgi 42, Edificio 25, seminterrato) e al Campus Bovisa (Via Candiani 72, Edificio B2, primo piano accanto alla aula B2.1.9) durante i nostri orari di apertura.
All'arrivo, oltre a pagare la quota e il deposito, dovrai fornire le seguenti informazioni:
- Lo sport a cui si desidera partecipare
- Informazioni personali
- La taglia della divisa sportiva (S-M-L-XL)
- Preferenze alimentari, come vegetarianismo o allergie alimentari
Chiusura iscrizioni: Mercoledì 20 Marzo!
Non preoccuparti se una squadra è piena! Puoi comunque iscriverti alla lista d'attesa per lo sport desiderato e, se c'è abbastanza interesse, creeremo nuove squadre. Inoltre, se alla fine non riuscirai a unirti a una squadra, riceverai un rimborso completo.
