It’s officially November… Did you settle down? Or are you in the usual Erasmus craziness? Winter is coming (quote unquote) and days are getting darker and darker, but don’t worry: ESN is here to cheer you up! For the month of November we have planned for you a bunch of activities to brighten your days! Here is a little overview of all the upcoming events:

How to cook: Our ESNer-chefs will show you how to cook the Italian way! And it will take place in a professional kitchen. You will learn how to prepare our signature dishes following the original Italian recipes. We bet there are some hidden chefs among you: you are going to surprise everyone in your next home-cooked dinner!

Discovering Italy - North of Italy edition: We'll explain everything (from the basic information to the little hidden gems) in the northern regions of our country, discovering traditions and fun facts. Our ESNers will also be happy to share some insights that are a little more personal. The plan also includes games and a (chill) pizza dinner to conclude in a real Italian way.

Beach volley: After the crazy success of the “Volley at the park” event, we have prepared for you a beach volley tournament… we know you are already missing white sand beaches of last summer! We are going to spend the day together having fun at the beautiful Crespi Sport Village. Open to everyone, even to the very beginners!

Cenacolo Vinciano: visit to one of the most famous masterpieces in Milan! Before the visit we will include a small tour of the area: Santa Maria delle Grazie Church, San Maurizio Church, Cattolica University and more. It’s a must in Milan: you cannot miss it!

Roma ICE: it stands for Incontro Culturale Erasmus and it’s our national event in the first semester: every year students from all over Italy gather up in Rome to spend three days exploring our beautiful capital. It’s all about culture, history and having fun together!

Dialogo nel buio: for the second time in the semester, we have organised for you one of our most successful events: we are talking about Dialogo nel Buio (Dialogue in the dark), a multisensorial experience in the Institute for blind people in Milan. In small groups, we are going to replicate our daily activities in total darkness, letting our other senses dominate... but don’t worry: a blind guide is going to show you how to face all the challenges. It’s a one-of-a-lifetime experience, unforgettable!

So stay tuned: we are waiting for you to join our events! You won’t regret it!!!
