We are already hearing you singing Jingle Bell Rock, seeing all the Christmas lights around the city and panicking to find all the gifts in time… December is here! And so the end of the semester!! Can’t believe 2022 is almost over but it’s also the most magical part of the year!
It’s been a crazy wonderful ride but the surprises are not over, this month has a lot to offer:
Discovering Italy - Christmas edition: fourth and last episode of the year of our Discovering Italy! We will show you everything that our beautiful Country has to offer during the holidays: festivities, food (as always), markets and the events to fully join the Italian Christmas mood. Of course there will be games and prizes, including the ugliest sweater contest! But would it be Christmas (in Italy) without Pandoro and Panettone?!
Tuscany Trip: it’s a three-cities-tour (Firenze, Siena and Pisa) to discover the beauty of one of the most loved Italian regions: Tuscany! You will have the chance to admire the Birth of Venus in the Uffizi Museum, to see the famous leaning Tower of Pisa, to eat the tasty Schiacciata Toscana and much more… this is just a glimpse of what you are going to experience during this wonderful trip!
How to Cook - Christmas edition: Our ESNer-chefs are planning for you something special: we will show you all the typical Italian dishes that fill our tables (and stomachs) during Christmas time! As usual, it will take place in a professional kitchen! The menu proposed (starters, two mains, dessert - with vegetarian options-) is going to be a classic one, so you can replicate it at home to friends and family!
Crazy Countdown: THE CRAZINESS IS BACK!!! We know that many Erasmus students will come back home for Christmas Holidays… and since we can’t bring you back to celebrate New Year Eve together, we brought OUR New Year’s Eve Party back for you!!! International Students and ESNer from all over Italy (and not only!!) are coming to Milan for this UNIQUE event… after few years the King of the #crazy events is back thanks to ESN Politecnico di Milano and ESN Statale. So go get your ticket before the 6th of December!!! Registrations are now opened, come to our offices!
Christmas Exchange: if you are an Erasmus student planning to spend Christmas holidays in Italy… this is what you were waiting for! What better way to really experience Italian culture than spending a day as a member of an Italian family?
And if you are an Italian student: what better way to really enter into the Christmas mood than hosting one, two… or more International friends?
