Ragazze Erasmus!
Avete timore di tornare a casa da sole al termine di una bella serata? I vostri amici vi prendono in giro per lo spray al peperoncino che tenete in borsa? Niente paura: ESN Politecnico propone “SICURA DI TE”, il corso di autodifesa per donne! Il corso è GRATUITO e sono disponibili solo 30 posti, correte ad iscrivervi negli uffici ESN a partire da Venerdì 5 Marzo! Verrà richiesta una cauzione di 5€ che sarà restituita a fine corso!
- QUANDO: Il corso sarà tenuto ogni Venerdì dalle 18:30 alle 20, a partire da Venerdì 11 Marzo fino a Giugno.
- DOVE: Palestra in via Vincenzo Russo 27 ma il meeting point sarà alle 18 alla fermata della metro Rovereto (MM1), per poter arrivare insieme e in orario alla palestra.
- COSA SERVE: per fare allenamento serve solo una tuta e delle ciabatte, l'attività si svolge su tatami a piedi nudi. E’ una attività molto leggera, adatta a tutti.
Non perdete l’occasione di allenarvi con il Maestro Rocco Zaffarrano, 6° dan Judo e 4° dan Jiu Jitsu!

Are you scared of coming back home alone after a night out? Do your friends make fun of the pepper spray you keep in your handbag?
No worries: ESN Politecnico proposes “SICURA DI TE”, a self-defense course for women! The course is FREE and only 30 places are available, come register at our ESN offices from Friday 5th March! You will be asked for a security of 5€ and you will be refund at the end of the course!
- WHEN: the course will be every Friday from 6:30 to 8pm, from Friday 11th March until June.
- WHERE: the gym is in via Vincenzo Russo 27 but the meeting point will be at 6pm outside the metro stop Rovereto (MM1), in order to reach the gym all together and on time.
- WHAT YOU NEED: to train, you will only need a tracksuit and slippers, the activity will be on tatami with bare feet. It is a very light activity, suitable for everybody.
Do not lose the possibility to train with master Rocco Zaffarrano, 6th dan Judo and 4th dan Jiu Jitsu!
