Are you ready to discover Italy?
Do you want to dive into Italian culture - having fun, meeting a lot of other international students and with all the passion of your ESN Staff?
We’ll tell you about any curiosity you might have: which stereotypes are true and false on the so called Bel Paese? Do Italians really eat pasta for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Why do we need to use so many gestures while speaking?
We've prepared for you a unique project to start DISCOVERING ITALY, consisting of 4 meetings about various topics regarding Italy, its people and what made it famous all over the world. Each meeting will be divided into 2 parts: before a brief presentation about the topic, and then workshops and conversation!!
In the first meeting we will present the project, we will get to know each other and explain why it is good to learn Italian culture and language. We will also tell you about some curiosities, traditions and dishes about the city which will host you for the next months, Milan!!
Remember to respect safety regulations and bring your mask. Stay home if you’re feeling sick.
For this sake, the presentation will be held in two different classrooms.

Volete immergervi nella cultura italiana divertendovi, conoscendo nuovi studenti internazionali, con tutta la simpatia dello Staff ESN?
Risponderemo ad ogni vostra curiosità riguardante il Bel Paese: quali stereotipi sono veri e quali no? Gli Italiani mangiano davvero pasta e pizza a colazione, pranzo e cena? Perchè utilizziamo così tanto le mani quando parliamo?
Abbiamo preparato per voi un progetto unico nel suo genere, il Discovering Italy: 4 incontri su varie tematiche riguardanti l'Italia, il suo popolo e ciò che la rende conosciuta in tutto il mondo. Ogni incontro sarà diviso in 2 parti: una breve presentazione sull'argomento, e poi workshops e conversazione!!
Nel primo incontro presenteremo il progetto, ci conosceremo e vi spiegheremo perché é importante conoscere la cultura e la lingua italiana. Vi racconteremo anche di curiosità, piatti tipici e tradizioni della città che vi ospiterà per i prossimi mesi: Milano!!
Ricordatevi di rispettare le norme di sicurezza e di portare la vostra mascherina. Rimanete a casa se presentate dei sintomi.
La presentazione sara' tenuta in 2 differenti aule per rispettare le norme di sicurezza.
