Ciao amanti del cibo!
Ormai siamo sicuri che avete già avuto l’occasione di provare ottimo cibo e ricette in giro per tutta Italia e scommettiamo che vorreste trovare il modo per portarle a casa con voi dopo questo incredibile semestre!!!
ESN ha la risposta per voi: HOW TO COOK! In quest’edizione vi insegneremo come cucinare le… LASAGNE!
L’evento sarà così composto:
- DESCRIZIONE della ricetta fatta dal cuoco
- PREPARAZIONE! Sarete divisi in gruppi e per ognuno ci sarà un ESNer pronto ad aiutarvi a cucinare la ricetta
- Mentre la lasagna è nel forno… vi spiegheremo come cucinare un altro piatto, una RICETTA VELOCE PER “APERITIVO” e dovrete cucinarla! Riveleremo la ricetta il giorno stesso dell’How to Cook;
- Lo chef testerà le vostre ricette e designerà il gruppo VINCITORE!
- Per ultimo, non per importanza, avremo la possibilità di mangiare tutti insieme del BUON CIBO ITALIANO!!!
DOVE? In una cucina professionale!
QUANDO? Domenica, 29 novembre.
Due turni: il primo dalle 9.30 alle 14.30 (pranzo), il secondo dalle 16.30 alle 21.30 (cena)
FEE: solo 12€ per cucinare e mangiare!!!! Tutto compreso!!!

Hey food lovers!
By now we are sure you have tried a lot of great food and recipes across beautiful Italy and we bet that you would like to take them back home after this awesome semester!
ESN has the answer: HOW TO COOK! In this edition the chef will teach you how to cook… LASAGNA!
The event will be split in 5 activities:
- DESCRIPTION of the recipe by the chef;
- COOKING! You will be divided into groups and for each one there will be an ESNer to help you out;
- During the lasagna is in the oven… we will explain you how to cook another place, a FAST “APERITIVO” RECIPE and you will have to cook it! We will reveal the recipe on the day of the How to Cook;
- The chef will then taste your recipes and declare the WINNER!
- Last but most important phase, we will all have an ITALIAN MEAL together!
WHERE? Professional kitchen
WHEN? Sunday, November 29th.
Two turns: the first from 9.30 to 14.30 (lunch), the second from 16.30 to 21.30 (dinner)
FEE: only 12 €!
