Were you by chance looking for a way to better enjoy the good weather, the longer daylight and the warmer temperatures of this spring that’s just started? Are you maybe also passionate about sustainability and environmental protection? Then in ESN, we’ve come up with the perfect activity for you!
That’s right, we’re planning a hiking trip through the Corni di Canzo, which will also be focused on doing our best for the environment. That’s why our ESNers have come up with a challenge, aimed at leaving the places we will visit cleaner and better than how we found them! How? You’ll have to come to find out…
WARNING: The hike is quite challenging (nothing extreme, just be in a good shape). Therefore, a adequate pair of shoes is recommended to enjoy the walk!
WHERE: Corni di Canzo
WHEN: Saturday, 29 April 2023, 7:45 am
FEE: FREE (you’ll only have to buy your own train ticket: €12 approximately).
PROGRAM:
We’ll meet at 7:45 am at the Cadorna train station (train leaves at 8:09, make sure you don’t miss it!) and arrive at Canzo around 9:30. The hike will be approximately 3 hours long, with an altitude difference of 915 m. We’ll have a couple of breaks along the road, including one for lunch, and head back to Milan in the afternoon.

Ciao amanti della natura!
Per caso stavate cercando un modo di godere del bel tempo, delle giornate più lunghe e delle temperature più calde di questa primavera appena iniziata? Magari siete anche appassionati di sostenibilità ed ecologia? In tal caso, noi di ESN abbiamo pensato all’attività giusta per voi!
Proprio così, abbiamo in mente una hiking trip ai Corni di Canzo, il cui obiettivo sarà anche fare del nostro meglio per l’ambiente. Ecco perché i nostri ESNer hanno organizzato una sfida, con lo scopo di lasciare i posti che visiteremo più puliti di come li abbiamo trovati! Come? Dovrete partecipare per scoprirlo…
ATTENZIONE: Questo evento non è indicato per persone in condizioni fisiche precarie (ad esempio, non venite con una gamba rotta). Il percorso è impegnativo, quindi portate scarpe comode e tanta voglia di camminare!
DOVE: Corni di Canzo
QUANDO: Sabato, 29 aprile 2023, ore 7:45
FEE: GRATIS (dovrete solo comprarvi da soli il biglietto del treno, circa 12€).
PROGRAMMA:
Ci incontreremo alle 7:45 alla stazione ferroviaria di Milano Cadorna (il treno partirà alle 8:09, attenzione a non perderlo!) e arriveremo a Canzo intorno alle 9:30. La camminata sarà lunga circa 3 ore, con un dislivello di 915 m. Faremo un paio di pause sul percorso, inclusa una per il pranzo, e torneremo a Milano nel pomeriggio.
