The Cathedral of Milan, or Duomo di Milano in Italian, it’s one of the most characteristic Gothic buildings in Europe and it is the second biggest church in Italy.
Other than its magnificent facade, 3400 statues and 135 spires, we are sure that you noticed the golden statue on top: it features the Virgin Mary, to whom the cathedral is dedicated.
With ESN Politecnico Milano you will have the opportunity to visit with a guide the interior and terraces of the Duomo, from where you will have a magnificent view over the city. Don't miss it!
The tour will be held in english by a professional guide.

Il Duomo di Milano è una tra le opere architettoniche gotiche più caratteristiche d’Europa ed è la seconda chiesa più grande in Italia.
Oltre alla sua maestosa facciata, le 3400 statue e 135 guglie, avrete sicuramente notato anche la statua dorata in cima: si tratta di una rappresentazione della Vergine Maria, a cui è dedicata la cattedrale.
