Given the success of the “Carbonara night” last week, we are going to cook together once again!
This will be the time of one of the most typical vegetarian italian dish: the Parmigiana!

Ingredients you need to prepare a good Parmigiana “light”:
- Black eggplant 750g
- Tomato sauce (passata) 700g
- Mozzarella 250g
- Parmigiano Reggiano 75g
- 1 Onion
- Olive oil
- Table pepper
- Basilico (some leaves)
These ingredients are for 4 people. ( the day after the Parmigiana is even more tasty!)
In the meanwhile we are cooking, we will also learn how to prepare the typical italian cocktail for aperitivo: The Spritz!
Here is what you need:
- Sparkling water
- A slice of orange
It is composed of more or less ⅓ of each ingredient.
Keep those things in the fridge!
