We thought it would be a nice chance to find some ways to make our daily lifestyle more eco-friendly….
What better than a green version of our Sunday Cooking Night?!
This May 10th at 6:30 p.m. we will teach you a couple of easy and delicious recipes: vegetarian zucchini rolls and a typical Spanish dessert with our friends from ESN Valencia UPV! Here is what you need:
Zucchini rolls

Zucchini

1 Onion

2 Carrots

2 Garlic shoots

tray of mushrooms (I'll use mushrooms)

Cheese to melt

Salt
-
Olive oil
-
Spices to taste (I'll use nutmeg, pepper and garlic powder)
Cooking tools:

Peeler
-
Baking tray
-
Oven paper
Coca en Llanda

3-4 eggs
-
1/2 glass of sunflower oil (olive it’s good too)

1 glass of milk
-
Flour that is acceptable (with 1kg is enough)

1 glass Sugar

1 lemon
-
Cinnamon
-
3 sachets of soda and acid, or 1 sachet of baking soda, or baking powder
Cooking tools:
Grater for the lemon

Strainer for sieving the flour

Blender
-
A tray or container to put in the oven

Baking paper
