This time will be a recipe from Trentino Alto Adige ... Canederli!!

Here there are the ingredients you need to prepare Canederli:
- 300gr white stale bread
- Half white onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 spoon of flour
- 2 glasses of milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- Nutmeg (optional)
- Chive (optional)
- 100gr speck or instead for vegeterian 100gr of savory cheese (like Asiago or Fontina or Belpaese)
For condiment:
- 80gr butter
- Parmigiano
