Hi guys!
Do you want to discover Milan and nearby? Do you love biking? Or have you just eaten too much Italian food and you want to burn some calories?
We have the perfect event for you: a BIKE Ride to Gorgonzola (the town of the famous cheese)!
We will leave Milan in the morning, and return around 5:30 p.m after a bike ride along the Naviglio Martesana that will be around 20 km long. The rhythm is not too fast and the route is flat, so you don’t have to be super trained, just in a good physical condition. And there will be time for a lunch break in a beautiful green area, to rest a bit before returning to Milan.
You don’t need to have a bike: we’ll rent it for you! You just need to bring a packed lunch and, most important thing, a lot of water!

Ciao a tutti!
Volete scoprire Milano e i suoi dintorni? Amate andare in biclicletta? O hai semplicemente mangiato troppo cibo italiano e vuoi bruciare qualche caloria?
Abbiamo l’evento perfetto per te: una BICICLETTATA verso Gorgonzola (la città del famoso formaggio)!
Partiremo da Milano la mattina, e ritorneremo verso le 17:30 dopo aver pedalato lungo il Naviglio della Martesana, che sarà lungo circa 20 km. Il ritmo non sarà troppo veloce e il percorso è piatto, quindi non serve essere super allenati, basta avere una buona condizione fisica. E non mancherà una pausa pranzo in una bella area verde per riposarsi prima di rientrare a Milano.
Non serve avere una bicicletta: le noleggeremo noi per te! Devi solo portare un pranzo al sacco e, cosa più importante, tantissima acqua!
